- The service should not be relied on as legal, medical, accounting, or other regulated professional advice unless separately agreed in writing and specifically configured for such use
- You remain responsible for reviewing and approving how the service is used for your business
We do not guarantee that every response, lead, or outcome will be accurate, complete, suitable, or commercially beneficial.
8. Third-Party Services
Greetable may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including hosting, AI models, email delivery services, SMS providers, analytics tools, calendars, payment processors, and other infrastructure.
Your use of those features may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third parties. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of third-party services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Setup fees are due as invoiced
- Recurring fees are billed on the agreed schedule
- Usage-based charges may apply depending on plan, traffic, conversations, integrations, or related service usage
- Invoices must be paid by the stated due date
We may suspend or limit the service for overdue payments.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.
10. Trial, Beta, or Demo Access
If you use a trial, pilot, demo, or beta version of Greetable, that version may be limited, changed, or discontinued at any time. We may offer such access without any commitment to continue or convert it into a paid service.
11. Privacy and Data Handling
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Greetable, you acknowledge that we may process information submitted through the service in order to provide, maintain, and improve the platform.
If you use Greetable to collect personal data from your website visitors, you are responsible for ensuring your own privacy disclosures, legal basis, and compliance obligations are satisfied.
12. Intellectual Property

This section does not apply to information that is publicly available, already lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source.
15. Service Availability
We aim to keep Greetable available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, software bugs, internet issues, and other events may affect service performance.
We may suspend, limit, or modify access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or technical reasons.

- We believe your use creates legal, security, or operational risk
- We are required to do so by law or third-party provider requirements
You may stop using the service at any time. If you are on a paid plan or service agreement, termination may still be subject to the billing or notice terms previously agreed between us.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect, including those relating to payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by email, through the platform, or by posting an updated version on our website. Your continued use of Greetable after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
